Health and wellbeing coaches
Almost everyone who comes here already knows what they should be doing. Sleep more, move, stop eating lunch standing up. The plan exists — sometimes written by a doctor after a bad test result — and it does not survive Tuesday. Others arrive after something gave way: a leave of absence, an anxiety attack, a return to work that is not going well.
A coach is not a doctor, a dietitian or a psychologist, and does not prescribe diet, training or medication. The conversation aims at the gap between what you decided and what actually happens — where the day jams, what you drop first when the week tightens, which arrangements with other people make it impossible to keep what you promised yourself. What changes is the design of the week, not willpower.
