I work with leaders and professionals who want more clarity, presence and lightness, both in how they lead and how they communicate.
I spent 20 years across multinationals and startups, from Brazil to China, and through Europe. After my third child, at a point close to burnout, I realized what energized me most was helping people grow, and 5 years ago I made that my full time work. My programs are fully personalized.
A big part of my communication work is something most of us learn too late: how to set boundaries and communicate them without guilt. I help people hold a "no," ask for what they need, and have hard conversations without losing themselves along the way.
I'm an Integral Coach (Integral Coaching Canada), Systemic Coach (ORSC), ICF ACC, hold an MBA from INSEAD, and I'm Google Mastery Faculty, where I design leadership, communication and sales workshops.
How I work: coaching is like the gym, consistency matters. We meet every two weeks, always leaving with something concrete to try. I also run outdoor sessions hiking in the Swiss Alps, deep reflection in motion, surrounded by nature.
I live in Switzerland, I'm a mother of three, passionate about mountains, padel and mindfulness.
