The service
weavehub is a curated directory of coaches. You find a coach's profile, send a message through the contact form, and we deliver that message to the coach by email. From there, contact and the coaching relationship happen directly between client and coach — weavehub does not intermediate the conversation, does not take part in the negotiation, and does not charge a commission on the services agreed.
Eligibility and roles
weavehub has three access roles: — Visitor: anyone accessing the site publicly, without needing to log in, to browse profiles and send contact messages. — Coach: a professional with a published profile in the directory. Coaches join weavehub by invitation and curation from our team. — Admin/curation: the team responsible for reviewing, publishing, and maintaining directory profiles.
Responsibilities and conduct
The coaching relationship is established between client and coach. weavehub is not a party to that relationship and takes no responsibility for what is agreed between them. By using the contact form, you agree not to send spam, abusive or offensive content, or any message that violates the law. We may remove messages or restrict access for anyone who breaks this rule.
Credentials
The credentials shown on a profile — institution, year and, when provided, a verification URL — are declared by the coach and published as provided. weavehub does not check, certify, or validate these credentials. When the coach provides a verification URL, it appears as a link on the profile so visitors can check the information at the source. Coaches join the directory by invitation, after a conversation with our curation team; this curation assesses whether the profile fits the directory and is not a seal, certification, or public guarantee of quality.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
weavehub does not guarantee the outcomes of the coaching process, nor the quality of the service provided by any coach listed in the directory. Profile information and credentials are declared by the coach; the experience, method, and results of each coach's work are the sole responsibility of that coach.
Coach content
Profile information — text, photo, links, and declared credentials — is provided by the coach. The coach is responsible for the accuracy of this content and for the rights to it. By publishing their profile, the coach authorizes weavehub to display it publicly in the directory.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute related to this document will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other venue, however privileged.
