I trust that people have the qualities needed to guide the transformation they want. The body, nervous system, physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts serve as compass—as do intention, breathe, postures, movements, and mental focus.
I invite clients to listen within and observe; take a leap of faith to navigate challenges; deeply honor who they are now; broaden perspectives; and discover a new way of being.
