Katia Gaspar

Behavioral Neuroscience Specialist for Leaders

Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo · Since 2011 · +2,500 session hours

My professional journey combines experience in business, leadership, and behavioral science. I began my career at PwC and Chase Manhattan Bank before spending 15 years as an entrepreneur in the retail sector, leading teams and developing growth strategies. This experience taught me that strategy and processes only deliver results when people have meaningful reasons to commit, take ownership, and collaborate. Today, I integrate behavioral neuroscience, Self-Determination Theory, and leadership development to help organizations strengthen accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and organizational performance. I am a Professor of Accountability and Performance at Fundação Dom Cabral, a Behavioral Neuroscience specialist, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a trainer at the NeuroLeadership Institute Brazil, co-author of the chapter on Self-Determination in the best-selling book *Soft Skills*, and creator of the B.Lead Method. Throughout my career, I have supported the development of more than 400 leaders and executives across a wide range of industries, helping organizations build cultures where people take ownership of their choices, collaborate consistently, and deliver sustainable results.
