Business and entrepreneurship coaches

Running a business means deciding alone all day with almost no one to talk to as an equal: your partner is part of the subject, the team is waiting for certainty, and the family only hears the good version. That is when people start looking for a coach — sometimes over a specific decision, like taking on an investor, shutting down a product line or buying someone out; sometimes over the sense that the company grew and the bottleneck is now the owner.

It helps to separate the trades. Consulting delivers a diagnosis and a plan; mentoring hands you the road from someone who has walked it; coaching works on the person who decides. None of that fixes your margin or writes your commercial plan. What surfaces in the conversation is the decision you keep postponing, what you are calling risk, and how much of the business exists to prove something to someone. Owners tend to prefer sessions spaced further apart, set by the company's calendar.
