Coach, organizational consultant, and speaker. With over 18 years of experience as an organizational consultant, he has coordinated and facilitated training programs for various companies in Brazil and Portugal. He has held leadership roles at corporate education consulting firms and worked in Marketing and Trade Marketing at multinational companies (IBM, BASF, and GROUPE SEB/ARNO). He taught undergraduate and graduate courses for 10 years at institutions such as PUC-SP, Mackenzie, FECAP, FIAP, Saint Paul Business School, and FACAMP. He served as a visiting professor at two Portuguese universities: in the Master’s program in Education and Adult Training at the University of Porto’s Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (2010), and teaching Organizational Behavior at the Catholic University of Portugal’s Faculty of Economics and Management (2013–2014). He holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, a specialization in Human Resources Administration from FAAP, and a Master’s degree in Administration with a concentration in People Management from PUC-SP. He is a certified coach through Integral Coaching Canada (Professional Certification Module). He has also completed executive programs such as Cultural Transformation Tools Practitioner (Barrett Values Centre, Brazil), Leadership Development Program (Center for Creative Leadership, USA), and Training for Impact (Netherlands), among others.
