I believe the most powerful thing a leader can do is stop performing and start being honest, with themselves first, and with everyone else second. That's the work I do. As an Integral Development Coach, I create spaces where senior leaders can put down what they've been carrying and get honest about what's really going on beneath the title. I don't let clients fool themselves, but I never do it without care. Moral courage and compassion aren't opposites in my world; they're the same muscle. I didn't arrive at this work from theory. I arrived at it from more than thirty years inside the machinery of high-pressure organisations, including as COO for Salesforce UK and Ireland and, as a Board Observer on several of Salesforce Ventures' European investments. I know what it costs to lead inside complexity, the politics, the pace, the pressure to have it all figured out. I stayed in rooms that rewarded performance over presence, and I know what that erosion feels like from the inside. It's the reason I can sit across from a client and say, with total credibility, I've been where you are. I was born in Brazil and have lived across several countries in Europe before choosing to make the UK home, which means I bring more than one cultural lens into every room I coach in. My purpose hasn't changed since I started this work: to awaken and inspire possibility in the people I sit with, and to meet them exactly where they are, not where they think they should be.
