I am Sueli Nascimento Gavranic dos Reis, a certified coach through Erickson Coaching International (Canada), mentor, and professor; besides that I was working in Technology area.
My academic background brings together different fields of knowledge. I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from FECAP, a postgraduate specialization in Psychogerontology from PUC-SP, and a Leadership certificate from Cornell University. I also earned undergraduate degrees in Art Education andTechnology.
For more than 30 years, my professional journey has connected strategy, technology, education, and human development. I have taught graduate programs at Mackenzie University, FMU and Zumbi dos Palmares University, always believing that learning is a lifelong and transformative process.
I am the author of the book "Escorreguei, mas não caí. Aprendi." and the creator of the NaCarreira exhibition, recognized as one of the most innovative initiatives mapped by Itaú, Ashoka, and Instituto Beja.
I founded e-PausaEstratégica because I believe every meaningful change begins with a moment of reflection. My work is dedicated to creating an environment where people and organizations can broaden their perspectives, make conscious decisions, and turn intentions into consistent actions.
