Mental Performance Coach specialising in the development of athletes, parents of athletes, and coaches. I believe sustainable performance comes from developing the person behind the athlete. That's why my work goes far beyond mental preparation for competition. I am a Master Integral Coach™, trained by Integral Coaching Canada (ICC), using an internationally recognised coaching methodology that integrates multiple dimensions of human development. Every coaching programme is highly individualised, combining Integral Coaching with performance psychology, sport psychology, developmental psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and human development. Before becoming a coach, I competed internationally in swimming and later in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while also maintaining a lifelong passion for surfing and endurance running. This sporting background, together with my academic journey, allows me to deeply understand the physical, emotional, and mental demands of performance. I also hold both a Master's degree and a PhD from the University of Exeter (UK), where my research focused on fatigue, recovery, overtraining, and burnout in athletes. Today, I work with athletes of all ages and across different sports, helping them develop focus, confidence, emotional self-regulation, pressure management, leadership, and competitive consistency—creating lasting change that goes far beyond sport.
