As your executive coach, I navigate side by side with you, as you address the demands of leading a full life. During coaching sessions, I create a deep connection in a safe space for insightful conversations, encouraging you to generate new awareness and design sustainable actions in your chosen direction. I came to this work from a professional background of more than 15 years of leading teams. Before being a coach and a consultant, I was a Director at Mondelēz, where I led several teams across LA Supply Chain, recognized as an inspiring Leader that combines unique people focus with strong client relationships and results orientation. During the past four years, Ancoragem has been collaborating with Leaders and Organizations, focusing on Positive Leadership and Team Effectiveness through coaching, mentoring, and training sessions that can be delivered in Portuguese (native language), Spanish (fluent), and English (fluent).
